Your ability to support this testing process will increase your chance of success with this customer.
Should you be unable to provide the necessary support or face linguistic difficulties, a member of our ICT industry network can liaise with your customer on your behalf. Making a local call to our office is much easier than having to make international calls and negotiate time zones.
Our team can discuss your customer's requirements and pass on feedback to you in Australia. When language is an issue, this service can be highly beneficial. Furthermore, should you run into trouble, if our team is involved, they can quickly step in to help you pick up the pieces.
