Franlyn Wong - Senior Business Development Manager
Franlyn assists Australian hi-tech companies and industry groups in identifying and analysing Chinese business opportunities, assists clients negotiating with Chinese end-users and business partners, and assists clients to build up proper business strategies and plans either for market entry or expansion activities.

Irene Jin - Business Development Manager
Irene joined Austrade Shanghai from June 2003 as a Business Development Manager for IT. She has considerable marketing experience in the field of IT/telecommunication and e-commerce in China, as well as international experience. Her excellent understanding of multi-national business environments enabled her to work closely with Shanghai government background companies. She has good network of contacts in IT/Telecom enterprises in Shanghai and the eastern China region.
Irene’s most recent experience is as an investment manager for International VC Funds where she was required to find and evaluate qualified investment projects (particularly in the IT/Telecom industry) in Eastern China.
