Once you've identified a market, you need to find the right partner. This is often the key to succeeding overseas. In our experience, most companies do not take unsolicited approaches from unknown Australian companies seriously.   • A shortlist of qualified potential targets, including company profiles and contact names.
  • An assessment of strategic fit.
  • A report on dialogues with company representatives and any recommended steps to follow-up.
  • A report on reasons for lack of interest by companies, if applicable.
